The hex map represents the area in which standard Map Actions may be taken. It is not exactly to scale, but each hex is roughly five miles across.
The numbers on the hexes are their grid references. Any hex with a reference can be the location for a Map Action.
9,9 is Fiveways.
6,15 is Hanger Ley and 13,3 is Stow Chine.
